Pet Application
This application is attached to and
forms a part of the Rental Agreement, between James and Jamie
Lundin, Owners, Harbor View Cottages,
and________________________________________________________________________________, Residents.
Residents desire to keep pet(s) named___________________________________and described as______________________________,
in the dwelling they request to occupy
under the Rental Agreement referred
to above.
THERE IS A 2 PET MAXIMUM, NO EXCEPTIONS. For any violations of this agreement, pet owners will forfeit the $200 security deposit as well as the cost of any damages incurred to dwelling. Because this agreement specifically prohibits keeping pets without
the Owner’s permission, Tenants agree to the following terms and conditions in
exchange for permission:
1. Residents
agree to keep their pets under control at all times. Pets may not be allowed on
furnishings or on bedding at any time.
2. Residents agree to bring all bedding, towels, and dishes required for pets' care.
3. Residents agree to keep their pets restrained , but not tethered, when it is outside their dwelling.
4. Residents agree to adhere to all local ordinances, including leash and licensing requirements.
5. Residents agree to not leave their pet unattended for any unreasonable period.
6. Residents
agree to clean up after their pets, and dispose of their pet’s waste
properly and immediately.
7. Residents agree to not leave food or water for their pet or any other animal outside their dwelling here it may attract other animals.
8. Residents
agree to keep their pets from being unnecessarily noisy or aggressive and
causing annoyances or discomfort to other animals or humans and will remedy immediately any
complaints made through the Owner or Owner’s representative.
9. Residents
agree to provide their pet regular health care, including inoculations, and
have current vaccination tags worn at all times.
No pet breeding allowed on premises.
10. Residents
agree to wash and brush pet and treat for fleas and ticks before entering
dwelling, and to trim nails to avoid damage to
flooring and furnishings.
11. Residents agree to pay immediately for any damages, loss, or expense
caused by their pet to other animals, humans or property including,
but not limited to, medical treatment, veterinarian treatment, and flea treatment of dwelling, in addition a $200 Reservation/Security Deposit. This deposit will be returned to the resident up to 14 days after the property is assessed and no damages are incurred.
12. Resident agrees that this Agreement applies only to the specific pet and no other pets may be substituted.
13. Resident agrees that the Owner reserves the right to revoke permission to keep the pet should the resident break this agreement.
